JOINT OPEN LETTER: Canada, reset trade negotiations with Ecuador to protect rights and the environment
On 6 June 2025, the Americas Policy Group (APG) and 28 other Canadian organizations sent an urgent letter to Prime Minister Mark Carney calling for a reset of problematic trade negotiations with Ecuador. As of 15 October 2025, no response has been received.
